Nobuhiro Kawazoe has been photographing all kinds of reptiles and amphibians both wild and pet for over 20 years. Currently he is particularly focused on fieldwork in Japan meticulously photographing not only species but also subspecies and regional populations with subtle differences in col-our and characteristics capturing dorsal ventral and fingertips views to aid in academic research. This re-vised and expanded edition includes 16 additional colour pages and over 100 photographs of new species and regional populations.
